This section outlines the definitions and conditions that govern how your portfolio is presented, reviewed, and shared. Please read these notes carefully — they clarify the boundaries of our collaboration and remove any ambiguity about ownership, usage, and revisions.

Scope of WorkEvery engagement begins with a written brief that defines deliverables, timelines, and the number of revision rounds. Work outside this brief is quoted separately before any changes are made. Usage RightsYou retain full ownership of your original artwork. We hold a non-exclusive license to display selected pieces in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out in writing. Review ProcessFeedback is collected through a structured review form. Each round is limited to documented comments; verbal notes are not tracked unless confirmed by email within three business days. Revisions & EditsMinor adjustments to layout, typography, and color are included in the initial quote. Structural changes — new sections, additional pages, or reworked navigation — are treated as new work. Delivery & HandoffFinal files are delivered as a compressed archive with source assets, export presets, and a short style guide. We keep backups for 90 days after handoff; after that, you are responsible for archiving. Privacy & DataWe do not sell or share your contact details or project files with third parties. Analytics on your portfolio are anonymized and used only to improve presentation and loading performance.
